Placement Process

Insight Global will first conduct an informal phone interview. During the phone interview we will review your resume, prior work experience, and discuss your employment objectives. We will then schedule a face-to-face personal interview at an Insight Global branch office. We find our pre-screening process to be extremely beneficial to both candidates and clients.

After the pre-screen, Insight Global will contact you via the phone with a position that meets your employment objectives. If the position is a match, we will work quickly to capitalize on the opportunity. In the event we do not have a match, we will refine our search and continue to work toward the goal of finding you the best opportunity available.

Prior to submitting your resume to our client we will request several managerial references. We will then contact your references to review your work history and experience as it pertains to the job requirements.
